beautiful Dyane

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Those are lovely Dyane!! Well even if you got "White Pixel' you still got my combo. I have 'Centerfold', 'Landini' and 'White Pixel' all together. Yes, W.P. is a bit shorter than 'Landini & Centerfold'.
BTW. Your 'Invasion' is beautiful and looks to be really big!!

Wow - a feast for the eyes! Great lilies and DL's, ladies!

Great to hear about Coconut Lime, Dyane. I want to try that one. How is the baby?! She must be getting close to her first birthday. What do you have planned?

Love Russian Rhapsody and Zagora.

Thomaston, CT

Victor, like Dyane I've had no floppiness with CL. Karen, Zagora caught my eye, too. Jo Ann & Dyane--great lilies---mine are mostly gone due to hungry chippies, voles, & red lily beetles. Allison, you continue to amaze me with those bird photos! Here's Mary Todd, an oldie, but still a favorite of mine.....

Celeste, 'Invasion' is about 3 1/2 feet tall. It's in shade and this is the first year so I'm not sure if it will get taller. It's very fragrant, too!

Victor, it's so sweet of you to remember, yes my daughter will have her first birthday on Aug 15th. My older daughter turned 2 last week. We are having a combined birthday party in a few weeks.
Everyone's doing really well. I haven't felt so great the last few months but it's all for a great reason, I am expecting again! I never got sick with the first two pregnancies but this one is really doing me in. Must be a boy this time!

Oh my goodness! When are you due?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Wow - congrats, Dyane! I am rooting for a boy.

Great shots, Allison. Looking forward to the birdcam shots. Are the begonias from the co-op?

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

You really have had them close together!

Port Washington, NY(Zone 7a)

Thank you! I'm due in early February.

All my chicks in a row.

Not if it's a boy!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

It's like having triplets, each a year apart.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

congrats Dyane!!!

Victor they are my older ones... not from the co-op... for some reason I just didn't get to planting them early.. they are not blooming yet.... slacking off this year for sure

Halifax, MA(Zone 6a)

Great pics!

Dyane, thanks, and your lilies are gorgeous, too! I love every single one of the ones you posted. Nice! Alas, my poor lilies have botrytis. First it was lily beetles, which the organic Monterey Garden Insect Spray has done a great job of controling, and now this! Do you have problems with either of those things with your lilies? If so, do you know of a good organic fungicide that will get rid of the botrytis? Oh, and congrats on the pregnancy! I wish you well, and hope you don't get too sick.

Nice, tall DL, Jo Anne! I love the tall ones, especially if they have good, sturdy scapes that don't lean. I have a few that do, mainly some of the diploid spiders. I like the tall tets, as they are much sturdier.

Thanks, Victor. I'm planning on giving Russian Rhapsody away, and you can have it for postage if you want. Otherwise I will be trading it at the RU. If I ship it to you I will wait till it's done blooming.

Marilyn, I have Mary Todd, too, and it's one of my favorites. Your shot of it is great!

Allison, I love your daisies and hydrangea, which matches your house!

I am learning a lot about DL's
Still cant keep tets, diploids, silohms etc all sorted out.
Mostly I care about color and height in order to know where to plant them.
Dyane!!! Congrats on the new baby.
I had four in five years, as of yesterday they are
#1 54
#2 53
#3 50
#4 49
It was a hoot raising them in the "Love generation" period when they were teen agers.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

thanks Karen.... but it's actually the neighbors house the hydrangea matches

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

here's whats new today
Couple of hours and the lilies will be fully open

Thanks, JoAnn, I think the teen years will be a challenge no matter what. I saw what my parents went through with 5. I'm the youngest so by the time I came around I think they were just numb!

Karen, luckily I haven't had any issues with my lilies. My biggest issue is having to stake a lot of them because I grow so many in shade and they really tend to lean towards the sun. Occasionally I will have a rabbit eat the flowers and leaves but I have a new neighbor with dogs so I haven't seen the rabbits much this year.

Thanks Allison and Jen.

Dyane, you're lucky you haven't had any problems with your lilies. We have 2 dogs here, and my Patches will kill the baby bunnies whenever she can get them, but it still hasn't prevented them from invading my gardens. I sowed seeds of zinnias, cosmos, and sunflowers, and bunnies ate all the seedlings on me. Grrrrrrrrr.......!
