This somewhat OT but just to be warned: there are some scams going around on fb. I nearly fell victim to one yesterday when a *friend* popped up in fb chat and stated she had been mugged and urgently needed money wired to her in order to get home.
It was her use of language that tipped me off initially and I was fortunately able to ascertain that she was fine and at home, and so I alerted fb to this. Apparently it is a known scam because they have a dedicated page for it...... so be warned.

Meanwhile enjoy all the good things facebook offers!
