I felt all abandoned.

I might add, it was very traumatic,,,,, I deserved a plant after all that.

LOL! We like to do this thing in my house occasionally, called EATING. now, in order for me to do this, I have to go tho this thing called WORK... it pays me MONEY, which without, I cannot purchase FOOD and therefore would not be able to partake in the occasional event of EATING...ROTFL!

Seriously tho, one of my coworkers decided to take a vacation, so my last day off was Tuesday, and I wont get another day off until next Tuedsday... AND, working straight thru the holiday.. so yeah...sucks, but at least I have a job so cant complain.

OK, I'll just have to watch out for you. I'll be ok. I forgive you this time. I got that habit too, called eating. I kinda enjoy it.

KY2... yes, I do attempt to GROW my FOOD.. however, this hellish climate is hard on some veggies...LOL, but apparently, the cucumbers love it, cuz thats about all I been able to harvest.. in heaps I might add...LOL

I need to ask a question here before we get started. Does anyone have a passiflora taller than them? I got one 4-5 inches taller than me. I'm 5'4". It's the Monika I'm waiting for blooms on. She blooms red if she decides to bloom anytime soon. But is that quite tall?

Here's a picture. Sorry, it's lighter outside than in here. You can't see the vine very good, but you see how tall it is. Is that normal for a passiflora to grow that tall?

It's funny, cue, cuz we're in the same ZONE, but our CLIMATES are totally different. You are hot & humid - I'm hotter & dry. It get's hotter than hades here in the summer. This desert living has it's ups and downs, but I LOVE the fact I can grow something edible pretty much all year round, even in the summer!
