I like that bonbini Bev, very pretty.

Susan, you have such great garden combinations.

daltri_z5 - Lady Alice came from Brent & Beckys several years ago, however, it's still listed there.

Blood Tiger from Buggycrazy last fall...Love the color!

I don't know where to begin raving about the lilies here. I don't have any real red in my garden, but seeing some of these I may have to re-consider that policy.... (love red, but with a small garden I try to keep the color scheme as simple as possible).

Most of mine still have a ways to go, but I do have a couple to share. First (thank you Magnolialover!) is my Tiger Baby. After this brutal spring, it's probably the most robust lily I've got. I too would like to see a whole field of these. Wish Zeus was blooming now too, so I could compare. Hard to say, as they're both wonderful, but I think I like the TB coloring a little better....

First flower on Eurydice. I've put in a couple dozen bulbs of this over the past few years, but this year I think I've lost all but, maybe, 5. Mostly it's weather related, but there were also a few deadly dog/squirrel skirmishes that I'd rather not remember....

Finally, here's my most precious flower, trying to get some attention....

edited to say that it took forever for this picture to send....sorry that it's a big file. I don't understand what happened, as I resized it as I always do... lovely lilies, nanny... oh yeah, and happy birthday pixie!

She is a little doll !!

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Aww... she's a sweetie. Look at those beautiful eyes!

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Wow, great lilies everyone, but I have to say that Laura's most precious flower is the prettiest. :)

Divernon, IL(Zone 5b)

I'd have to concur with Ticker's observation.

Love the lilies and little kid teeth are one of my favorite things. She's sweet.

wickerparker, you will have more 'Tiger Babies' from that one with time. I never get tired of that color either, the spots, the color, what is not to love?

Enjoying lily season through all of your blooms.

Red is notably not my favorite color in lilies. I'm trying to branch out a little and see if there are some red tones in asiatics that I can love. So far so good, the reddish colored lilies, with their different forms are visually appealing to me. It's just weird sometimes when I notice how obvious my preferences are in garden color with lilies...pinks...yellows....I can't help it, I love them. You all must know how much you help me branch out. The reds are lovely ;) as are all of the others.

Thanks everyone -- I hybridized her myself!

Thank you all for the B-day wishes and beautiful blooms. However, Wickerpark I think your bloom you hybridized yourself is the best and no one can copy you!!! LOL

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Happy Birthday from me too!

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Thank you Moby!!

I had a lovely surprise, a lily I planted 2-3 years ago but has never bloomed since I first planted it...bloomed today.
Appropriately named 'Pink Pixie'

I thought this lily was just stunning that bloomed today. I have no idea what it is as its one from last year and you know I did not do tags then.

I do know I got it from VB Wholesale.

The Tango lilies are really going strong on the third tier of my terraces gardens.

Your first photo is "Starburst", a tango sold by VB. I have a couple of them in my garden (purchased from VB). Not to be confused with buggycrazy's "Starburst", a totally different lily.

Here is my Starburst from VB...

WOW Rita!!

Great, thanks. I will do a marker for it so that next year I know what it is. I just thought it was so striking when I saw it blooming.

Tango Lilies are blooming all over the yard this year. I didn't even realize that I planted so many of them until they all started blooming this year.
