Is anyone else still being bothered by invoices. At Dave's recommendation, I requested the trial issue. Not long afterwards, I received an invoice which I promptly returned stating that I did not wish to subscribe. Every month I continue to receive invoices which I return yet again. Any ideas on how to stop it?

You can call them, in the other Garden Gate thread I've seen some people post that they called them and that fixed things. Sending the invoice back marked "cancel" ought to work eventually too, but calling is probably a quicker way to stop things.
Ignoring them works too.
