Another bloom on the same vine. It looks like it has fat cheeks! LOL!

I can see some pollen on the petals, but I think that was pollen from a different cultivar. I will cross it if it won't produce pollen. I hate to waste a good bloom! (sigh)

Here is a wide angle view of Diluted Fuji no Muraski and all the other vines growing along those two sections of fence. As you can see, they are growing over to the trellis next to them. LOL! It's great to see them doing so well!!!

China Doll recovered from having her vine broken which stunted further growth for about 2 weeks. She's made a nice recovery and is blooming once again.

Here is the stunning Matsukaze! This blue and white striped color pattern takes my breath away whenever it blooms!

Here's what PPB looks like as a whole vine. (This is one single vine!) The vine on the left is supposedly George Strait, but I think it might be a volunteer of a weird P. Bush that I grew last season. That vine has darker pink blooms compared to PPB.

Volunteer mystery vine/bloom. Is there such a thing as 4-colors? ;-) I see white, lavender, blue, and pink on this bloom! :-)

I love how the vines sneak over to the trellis right next to them ... hee, hee!

In this photo are three vines: Fuji no Sora cross, Hattie Bell, and Blue Shibori along with some solid blue blooms!

Beautiful blooms Becky. Love the blooms backed by the white fencing,
Just stunning.

absolutely lovely Becky.... all of them... but as you may have picked up, i'm in love with your diluted Fuji No Muraski... blue and white is the look of 2009 :-))

Awesome blooms and vines Becky! Really to die for!!

Becky, gorgeous as always, and the simple white fence makes the colors pop (that's why jewelers frequently surround a colored gem with white/clear).

Becky, did 'China Doll' heal by itself, or did you wrap or splint it?

Becky, the Mazukaze is a stunner, the first seeds I got from you are flowering...hope to be able to take photos tomorrow...

It's a real pitty that it isn't a woody vine perrenial. It is drop dead gorgeous. Frank

Thanks to everyone for the compliments. I was truly blessed this season with some real beauties. Many are starting to produce some ripe seed pods. Unfortunately, I don't see hardly any seed pods for Diluted Fuji no Muraski. Which is a huge disappointment for me and those of you that would like seeds from this gorgeous vine. I will try to grow it again along my picket fence and hopefully get another vine that may produce some seeds!

Martin - Did you get blooms today?

BostonArea - The vine was chewed right off. But the vine started growing another vine/branch at it's base and has grown quite well and is blooming. It's wonderful how plants can recover from things like that happening to them!

Becky, I just LOVE your "Diluted Fuji no Muraski". What a stunner!

Here is a picture of the blue one, Becky. I would like to know if both are willows? The leaves are definitely different.

Sorry, Becky, I wasn't gonna hijack your thread, perhaps I should start my own???

Wow Becky... love those first few... they are gorgeous!!!

Martin - Oh! share away on my thread! I love seeing what the vines and blooms look like from the seeds I sent you! :-)

I bet what you have there is Blue Asago Willow (BAW) seeds/vines. They DO carry the willow gene. Lucky YOU! You got a willow vine! I've grown so many, but have yet to get a willow from any of my seeds. Several folks here have gotten willows from my seeds, though. Unfortunately, the willows are sterile. They won't produce seeds. But the full flower BAW will produce seeds and from those seeds you have the possibility of getting more willow vines. They look great ... ALL of them! Thanks for sharing your exciting new vines, Martin! :-)

My NOID 4-colors MG vine produced another bloom today. This vine sure makes some interesting flowers.

Sazanami is finally giving me some blooms! I planted 2 seeds of this cultivar. One light and one dark blooms and this is the only one that made it. And it is the last one to bloom of ALL my vines! I guess it was saving the best show for last! I've been wanting this cultivar for a couple of years and am thrilled that I finally have one growing outside. :-) This seed/vine came from Shawna. I wonder what she has been up to? Haven't seen her post here on this forum lately...

Plum Tie-dye had a cool display of these 2 blooms on this one vine. Opposite bloom colors compared to each other! I love all the tie-dye cultivars! And this plum rates right up there for color and attractive patterns! Variegates leaves just top it all off for a very pretty package! :-)
