I think that the best rose for you white fence would be the floribunda rose called "Black Cherry". I have them. The color is so deep that you can see them from a long distance. The rose has such a beautiful form and keeps its tight for for a long while. They would really stand out against that white fence. This is a great time for planting also.

This orange rose is also a florabunda rose. I'm not sure of the name right now but it would make almost the same impact as the dark cherry red color of the "Black Cherry rose.
