Sorry it took so long to reply. I can tell just by looking at them. The Candidum has the thinner green veins then the White Christmas. The WC usually has larger leaves but both varieties will put up some nice size leaves. You can also get the Candidum Jr. which is a dwarf variety of Candidum.
