Chasing tail, panting, drooling, chasing tail...wait, gotta get the box open ... gotta unwrap ... oh, HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY! OK, I have regained control over my body. Here is what I have scored: In the back row: H. macgillivrayi IML16, H. macrophylla IML 1181 (or, now to be called, H. tjadasmalanquensis), H. lamingtonii IML 70 (PNG-4) In the front row (two each): H. vitellina, H. sp. Sulawesi I'm such a lucky, lucky thing!!! And, one nice thing about the Pimpette is that she correctly labels her plants - I saw a dealer selling what they are calling a "Hoya Sulawesii Plant" on ebay, so I contacted them, told them that it was most likely an H. incurvula and gave them the web address of where this plant was discussed (with photographs) on the PS The Hoyan website. They replied back that their dealer calls it a "Sulawesii" and so they call it a "Sulawesii." Apparently it doesn't matter if the label is wrong. So a big High-Five to the Pimpette for being an honest and careful dealer!!!! Piggishly yours, Ann |
