Yes, you have Datura Stramonium var Tatula. Daturas don't transplant well and tend to show their resentment by wilting. Shade is a good idea until it recovers. How big it grows will depend upon how much space you've given the roots to grow in. If they have lots of space, they will grow three to six feet tall and as wide. If you restrict the roots, you will have a more compact plant. I experimented with this last year and put four plants in a five-gallon container. They were much more compact and well-behaved than the one that was growing in a five-gallon container by itself.
