Promptly on the 2nd my debit card was charged and I rec'd. my plants on June 3rd. Everything looked great. This was my first experience with this company, it won't be my last. |

When the plants did not arrive I called them. They said that due to snow they wouldn't be shipped until May 5; then it was postponed until May 17. Promised calls were never returned. I called today and was told the shipping date would be June 2nd--no explanation for the continuing delays. I cancelled my order. Two months is too long! I'm very disappointed as I had wanted those plants to be up and blooming for a garden tour June 14th. Even though positive comments on this site raved about the quality of the plants they received, I'll take my business to other companies with a better track record. |

I also did not receive my plants on the intially promised date, but the plants did arrive safely 10 days later. My interactions with customer service staff when calling via the phone were good, both were informed and were able to update me accurately on the status of my shipment. The plants are all very healthy, were carefully packaged, and look great. |

Even my husband, who dislikes my mail-order plants, was amazed at their quality. The plants are quite large for a mail-order and have been carefully packaged. Even the planting instructions/order information was wrapped in foil so it would not become damaged. In the future, I will definately first search for plants from this company before any other one! |

No confirmation by e-mail received. Called two times 4/14, 4/15, when order had not arrived. First time, Chris's voice mail promised to call back later in the day-no return call. Second time, a lady promised to check on order and call back later, claimed computer problems-no return call. Then Mary called at 7 PM, claiming computer problems, heavy snowfalls and cloudy days for delays, necessitating postponing shipments for 2-3 weeks. I cancelled entire order which Mary agreed to confirm. Since this company has only been in business since the "summer of 2006", it seems its ability to fulfill orders despite "unexpected" weather problems is in doubt. Could it be that everyone in this company was put to work shoveling snow for two weeks? Presently, I can do better with many other reputable suppliers who have less in the way of web design and more in consistency. May consider them again in the future, if they can better manage their priorities, i.e., "customers come first". |
