I am pleased with this nursery. Their stock is very healthy and hardy.

I give this company an A++ all-around. I've mail ordered/online ordered tropical elsewhere and the other plants just don't compare. I bought a jade vine from them a few weeks ago. I was so surprised at how big and healthy the actual plant was when it arrived. It was packed professionally and even the new leaves were in good condition. I would order from them again and recommend them as a great source for tropicals, from the looks of this beauty- they know what they're doing.

I ordered a Bleeding Heart Vine and was SO impressed with the plant I received! The plant was huge, in great condition and the packaging was wonderful! I will definitely be ordering from this company again! Way to go, Zone 9 Tropicals!!!

I expected bare root plants in a bag. Instead I received huge, gorgeous, plants in pots that were packed so incredibly well there was not so much as a speck of potting soil out of place when they arrived! The care this company takes with packing is truly amazing. I've ordered many plants over the years and I can honestly say that Zone 9 Tropicals is the best of the best--I am truly delighted with this purchase and highly recommend this company. -- Beth

I ordered Akebia quinata, Chocolate Vine (gal) and it was a full growing plant.
Fantastic Plant, not 1 leaf lost in shipping, very "Tight" packed with foam protection for plant, larger than I expected & vigorously growing.

I ordered a Dombeya x Seminole (Pink Cloud) from Zone 9. It came with not one leaf out of place, and was in bloom. They emailed when it was being shipped, and it showed up right on time. No doubt, they will get my business again. : )

This was the first time I have purchased plants from a mail order company. I completed the purchase online and was able to check my order status online as well. My plants (quisqualis indica and alpina nutans) arrived exactly when I expected them to, according to their shipping information. They were packed with the utmost care and were very healthy. I live in the Mississippi Gulf Coast and plants have not been readily available here especially ones that I really wanted. I found Zone9Tropicals and asked them for a specific plant which they were able to locate for me. I ordered four plants and when I got them I was more than surprised. I was very excited. The plants were shipped so well and looked so beautiful that I will be delighted to order from them again and also tell all my friends about them. They were great.

WOW ! This company ROCKS, I ordered 3 plants when I got them all I could say was AWESOME the plants were huge , very healthy and the best of any plants I have ordered online. I ordered (2) corkscrew vine from Zone 9. When they arrived they were pack wonderfully and were everything I hoped they would be. I will be ordering from them again!

This is an outstanding company!! I have ordered from them on two separate occasions, a couple of months apart. Both times I was thrilled with my plants. They were big, healthy specimens. They came beautifully packed - it was very obvious that there was much care and thought given to getting these plants through the mail in the safest manner. Finally I think that it is worth mentioning that not only were the plants beautiful when I got them - but all of them took right off, there was no "adjustment period" that I have often experienced when ordering plants from other companies. I look forward to doing plenty of business with this Zone 9 Tropicals in the future!

July 8, 2006: I just recieved my order from Zone 9 Tropicals and I was extremely pleased. All the plants were really large, healthy, labeled and packed very well. They shipped them out right away and I couldn't ask for more !! I will definitely order from them again!!

I purchased a caesalpinia that was delivered quickly and was much larger than I expected. Purchase was made easy by using Paypal, too. I will definitely purchase from Zone 9 again.

I ordered some tropical plants from Zone 9. They arrived in great condition due to the meticulous packing used by this company. No spilled dirt, no bent or damaged plants. I would recommend this company to anyone who uses mail order nurseries.

I just ordered two plants from Zone 9 (Holmskioldia and snail vine) and both arrived very promptly and in great shape so I would definitely recommend them.

I received my order October 7, 2005. The plants were large, healthy and packed very well. Shipping charges were reasonable.
I had trouble with their cart(my fault, I kept hitting the wrong button) and they responded quickly to help me figure it out. They sent me an email when my plants were shipped.
I am very pleased with the service and plants from Zone 9. I will order from them again!

I ordered a plant from this company last year. What I received was a huge, blooming plant but unfortunetly it died. I contacted the company and it was replaced immediately.

The replacement was in perfect condition and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase.
