6" high pink flowers with no foliage that resemble waterlilies, foliage comes up in spring then dies back down, leaving nothing behind then in the fall when you've forgotten about them *SURPRISE* beautiful, pink flowers that are great for cutting of adding color to a fall garden. Eustoma/Lisianthus
I'm unable to find this gorgeous plant anywhere! I spent a small fortune on seeds for it and actually got ONE seedling out of the deal. It was mainly because my husband (NOT a gardener!) was tghe one taking care of them for the critical 2 weeks after they sprouted. I am praying that this comes up. I like singles most but I went ahead and ordered Blue-Chip double and Cinderella Double-ruffle with some Peony Poppies and seeded them straight into a pot of Garden Soil and compost. (I did a 2nd pot of potting soil but they did not sprout at all there). Would like to get some rhizomes/root/bulbs? for these or the actual plant. I just found on another site that this name has been changed from Lisianthus to Eustoma. | | Plants, Roots, Tubers and Bulbs |
