AAAaaaplantlover!!!!! Collect a lot! Hi everyone! This site is a gardener's dream. Just discovered trading this year and I absolutely am enjoying it! Thanks to everyone who trades and makes this such a terrific site. Thank you-thank you! to everyone who is trading with me your seeds, cuttings, plants and helping me convert the barren ugly landscape into hopefully a lot of beautiful gardens! I will also be collecting the seeds from all of the plants to share with others in the future. If you are interested in a plant and even if it's NAFTY-not available for trade yet, I will put your DG ID on that plant and when it does come avail. I will zap you a Daves Mail note to see if you are ready to trade for it or just send it to you if you've already sent me your part of a trade. AAANAFTY Not Available For Trade Yet I have moved all of my NAFTY Items to the end of my Have List to make it easier for traders to see what is currently available. Most of my NAFTY items are plants, seeds, cuttings, etc. just received in trade and are currently being grown and will be available shortly, but aren't currently available for me to trade. A few, such as trees will take more time and cuttings won't be available for a year or two. I still list those items and will put your name to them-so you know I have them and will be trading them in the future. Sometimes it's hard to find someone who is willing to trade, so I do this so you know someone you can trade with, in the future, to receive the items you want. It helps me by not wasting the prunings of most of these plants that need it anyways, when I share cuttings. ;-) It's different, but it's my way of showing and sharing what I have with you and for us to continue a trading relationship into the future. | Pumpkin Cucurbita maxima These pumpkins are wonderful but the squash bugs were a never ending battle. I organically garden so was out there with the tongs and dish soap water spraying and capturing these never ending nuisances! I managed to get two through to Thanksgiving and they made great pies and fireplace decorations with the gourds and squash!
