CLOSED: What is this insect?

It has eaten my Russian sage, monardia, and some of the coneflower leaves. It is even eating the "Snow on the Mountain" (which is a good thing). If anyone can tell me what this is and how to get rid of it I would be very happy.

That looks like a Lady Bug larvae.
