Images from around the world

Saint Louis, MO(Zone 5b)

Hi,

My sister sent this link to me. It has images from around the world. All around the world, there are memorials to those who lost their lives in the tragic events of last Tuesday. It seems that most of humanity is expressing their grief in one way or another.

Thank you for posting this, Sharon. There is strength in numbers; many hearts are aching around the world, many from personal experience they see repeated in these events.

I do find it very sad that grieving for loved ones and a the loss of life in a tragedy such as this is the one common bond that all of mankind has.

The heartening sight in these pics is the support that everyone has shown. Over the past week, I've been on the verge of tears each time I see a flag in a new and different place. Makes me think - wouldn't it be great if there was a "world" flag...perhaps a picture of the globe, with a small picture of each country's flag.

Sharon,I got this site from a friend and it's incredible.I know the feelings are honest as I have friends and relatives all over the world and have been hearing about these all week.

My relatives in Norway say people there are grieving as much as we are, if that's at all possible.
