CLOSED: What are these bugs?

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

I just noticed these little bugs on my pansies. I'm pretty much a total noob at gardening. I bought four little pansy plants from a nursery a couple weeks back, 'cuz I was tired of trying to grow stuff from seeds.

These bugs just appeared in the last day or so on only one of my plants. Are they aphids? Are they gross? Can I get rid of 'em without killing my plants? I'm going to try to isolate the one pot that seems affected, but all four plants came in the same little "popsicle pack" so they'd probably all be affected anyway if bug eggs came from the nursery.

Help, please? Thank you!

Ok... should have just Googled "aphids" first. So they are aphids. :(

I'd still appreciate any suggestions....

They are easy to kill, but hard to get rid of. You can manage them by just hosing off the plant, or you can use something like insecticidal soap to kill them. No matter what you do, you will need to keep after them for a while--they reproduce at the speed of light so if you miss even one and then forget about it for a while, they'll be right back worse than they are now. So you need to keep an eye on the plants and repeat the treatment to make sure you get rid of all of them.

They do look like "baby" green fly.

I have aphid and green fly spray at home, I had green fly on a a couple of house plants (they seemed to fly past most of them and only attack a few); I just sprayed the plants really well (until every surface) had been sprayed and was slightly dripping - I've only ever needed to spray the plants once.
