in our restroom
I cannot be certain, but this male (note the enlarged pedipalps) spider may be in the family Ghaphosidae (ground spiders) - see http://tinyurl.com/r44dlf for an example. Some spiders in the family Corinnidae (antmimics and ground sac spiders) can be quite similar in appearance, but their spinnerets are less prominent - see http://tinyurl.com/r6py6j for an example. But whatever its specific identity, it is not any threat to humans.
