Your first critter appears to be a bush katydid in the genus Scudderia – see for an example.
Your second one may be a hover/flower fly (family Syrphidae), but I cannot see enough of its wing venation to be certain.
Your third one is a nymph of an orthopteran in the family Tettigoniidae (katydids, meadow grasshoppers, coneheads, and relatives).
