Is this a Spring Azure (Celastrina ladon)? When open, which I haven't been able to capture, it is a pale blue. Sorry for the terrible pictures but this guy won't sit still. Hairy guy or gal when looked at with the magnifying glass. They are all over the yard this week. Thanks for the help. Patti

looks something like a Painted Lady to me... but there are similar markings for other types of BF too. sorry.
