Great shots, Shelly. Wonderful lighting as always. Wish I could motivate myself to get up before sunrise!

Beds look fantastic, Bill. I'm getting sold on Shirazz. How tall is it now? Don't think David sells it.

Gorgeous iris, Weeze. Nice dahlia, Sherry.

flowering wageria(sp?). It's taking over that bed, will have to prune bottom branches when it finishes blooming.

thanks all!

Victor.... work as a lookout for any amount of time! About 10 min. before the sun comes up, you'll be up... promise!

Sherry... pretty dahlia!

Venu... that iris is lovely! i'm not sure if there's something different about Oregon sunsets, i've seen sunsets from some eastearn states as well as here.... the main difference is the effect that the topography has on things. I bet you can figure it out if you google some images though!

Bill.... Your place is looking fantastic. I know I say that every time... but it's true! I really like the view in this Post #6594259 and the one after it.

Thanks for the link Willie.... How cool!

Nice shots AND photographic skills, Victor and Shelly! Victor - I just got that fireworks clem for Mom's Day. Glad to see how pretty it is! Shelly, I love that backlit shot!!

Bill, those are beautiful, well-tended gardens! I am very intrigued by your shade garden, as I have a brand new shade garden area that is still a blank canvas. It is in front of a huge, interesting erratic in our back yard. So far, I've planted some coleus and will plant lots of caladiums and EEs once they can go in. I also like that river beech tree. I have never seen beech blooms. Shirazz is stunning too!

Weez - love that iris!

Nice shots, Sherrie. That is a very different hosta!

Jumper - nice shots.....love the color of that shrub!

Bill - I'm really liking that river beech. Thanks for the close-up. Those clems are fantastic! I can't believe one zone away from us can make such a difference in the blooms you have! That JM orchard is going to be a special place. I'm looking forward to seeing that as it grows. They are beauties, aren't they?

ooooh, I like those hostas! Now, about that spider web! Hmmmm, I don't know, Bill.....that's pretty shameful for you! I had you on such a pedestal. I'll put you back up there if you tell us that you immediately removed that web.........it isn't still there, is it?

Pepperell, MA(Zone 6a)

still there - spiders are good for garden bugs

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Oh, ok. See how easily you climb back up????? LOL

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)
