Too late to plant morning glories zone 5a?

I'd like to plant morning glories along my chain link fence.
Do nurseries sell started plants, or would I need to start these from seeds?
Is it too late to plant seeds for zone 5a?

You can plant seeds now, they sprout really quickly now that its getting hotter in our zone. Just remember to soak the seeds for 24 hours :>)
