What's this passionfruit flower?

Mulberry, FL

yes that's the name of the red one. Once it gets established it really puts on a show I have learned the first year they are getting it together next year is show time. Crummy pic but this ones cool it holds up in the 20 degree mark doesn't phase it

Thanks but i don't think i'll get them here in Australia, customs are pretty strict. I don't know if i can import passionfruit seeds but if not they will just dispose of them.

Too bad was scoping it out today I have a seed pod on Incense so far I can't find any seeds on the white one the red you are growing from seeds I noticed alot of buds will be the first flowers this year had to come back from roots was way too hard on it going to have to take cuttings this year Pic doesn't do this justice that blue is really a royal blue Double blue pea vine

Zos... Logees has Alata listed... but they are currently out of stock...
Dana... that blue you mentioned Volker having... Temptaton X Temptation... is a triploid.... I have one growing at 6' tall from his seeds.. I've never seen anything set flowers so rapidly... it should flower in a few days

Gordon I have that one too out of five seeds one grew lucky you with the buds its all that good fertilizer you use.

Brooklyn, NY(Zone 7b)

Well ..same here Dana... I had five.. and tred sprouting them... none did ... so gave the remaining two to a friend and they sprouted one... such the tnyest weakest thing you ever saw... when I got it back.. I had it ted up with a tiny stick.. as was afraid the slghtest wnd would have it doubled over... once it got up and growing it took off.. and was one of the strongest growers I've seen... so sooner than that happened.. t started getting buds... must have a dozen by now... did loose the growing tip of one shooot to the winds near my tornado... but the buds seem to be holding...
ya.. it's not easy to get them sprouted...
Gordon
OH.. I just checked... still just a bud..... and it's so cold now...

Mulberry, FL

Cold! cold sounds so good I have hope than mine will bloom before it gets cold here are growing season goes right up to Christmas usually with a few cold nips in between. I have grown from seed here apple, sweet, sea anemone yellow Aussie I like to place them at the bases of oaks and let them run 40 ft that bight red one really puts on a great show! What I did notice about volkers seedling very young little leaves saw tooth edges all I grow from seed never came across this
