how much rain you end up with over there? we had 18.25" here in umatilla.

Orlando, FL

we got about 6-10 stayed under water for a while i know we needed it but i didnt want that much.
you arent under water are you

mid central, FL(Zone 9a)

no, we are on a small lake but it was really down. still is actually. we didn't have a drop all day today and for once i was glad about that! the highest and closest it ever got to our house was in 2004 but even then we sit high enough that it wouldn't come in the house.

your house had water?

Orlando, FL

no gets close we are on a lake too but when the neighbors moved in they brought their land up causing water to come my way, what was really funny is when fay came thru it overflowed to their house and into their pool all the mud etc i kinda laughed. no i here on the news people have it in there house man i really dont know what i would do, i live in a mobile home up 5 blocks thank god.

mid central, FL(Zone 9a)

i know. i've been seeing it on the news every day here, channel 2 mostly. i probably would have done a little snickering myself! lol

but of course not at all the people getting flooded out now. i feel especially for the old people who are losing everything. it's either fire or flood around here lately.....

Orlando, FL

yes i just dealt with the fires they were right behind my house, the Bithlo fires, and we were evacuated well were suppose to be but we were at disney and the neighbor called they were getting next of kin phone numbers to the ones that stayed, they had it blocked off and wasnt going to let us back home, now we have the rains and flooding make up your mind up there.

i feel for everyone too that is losing everything, did you see the sight here for the cocoons which were shells lol

mid central, FL(Zone 9a)

yeah, that was a good one. i just posted on it myself!

well, i think i gotta hit the hay. my shoulders are getting sore! good talking to ya tonight!

This one gives me pause - although it looks somewhat like the nymphs of stink bugs (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) in the genus Chlorochroa - see
http://tinyurl.com/ryokrl for an example, I am by no means certain, and will do some more digging.

Orlando, FL

trackinsand said you would hit it looks just like him let me know what you find out please

The genus Loxa is found in Florida, might be a possibility.

I think that you're closer to the mark than I was last night, claypa - see
http://tinyurl.com/pkl23h - I should refrain from posting when I'm too tired to think clearly...

Orlando, FL
