What kind of spider is this
The image isn't clear enough to be certain, but its overall shape appears consistent with it being a jumping spider (family Salticidae).Try skimming through the images at http://tinyurl.com/lqfbm to see if you can find anything that resembles your specimen.
Should I be worried about it?
Not at all - The only dangerous spiders in Arizona are the widow (Latrodectus spp.) and recluse (Loxosceles spp.) spiders; your specimen one looks nothing like either of those.
