CLOSED: Caterpillar? What kind? What will it become?

Does anyone know what this is? Will it become a butterfly or moth? I saw this in my front yard the other day. He crawled fairly quickly but seemed a bit clumsy because he kept falling over.

Solved on the ID form.....
