Can anyone tell me what these are? They are all over one of my raised beds. I want to plant out, but want to know what these are first.

CLOSED: What are these?
These appear to be fungus gnats (these primarily are in the family Sciaridae, but some other families also may have this as a common name). They are associated with very damp to wet soils high in organic content and usually are considered nuisance pests, but heavy infestations can be damaging to the roots of young plants. See
