This one is a bad boy (or girl - hard to tell in the larval stage); it appears to be one of the armyworms (Spodoptera spp.; Lepidoptera: Noctuidae, such as the yellow striped armyworm, Spodoptera ornithogalli - see http://tinyurl.com/r7udq9
