This is the second time I've found one of these guys in my basement. I live in Rhode Island and have no idea what the heck kind of spider this is because I've never seen one like it. The first one I found had ran across the floor, this guy was hanging from some of his webbing. Any help would be appreciated.

Help me identify this spider!
About all that I can tell you from this image is that it is a male (note the enlarged pedipalps at the head end) and that it does not appear to be any species of medical importance to humans. If you see another, try to get a photo without spraying it first.
If I see another I'll do that, but thanks for the help. My main concern was if it was something I should be worried about or not.
