I should know what this is. There are several of them on my tomato leaves. The tips of the legs are black. Any help?

This appears to be an aphid (aka 'plant louse'); Hemiptera/Sternorrhyncha: Aphididae. There are several species that will feed on tomatoes. From the looks of this one, it may have been parasitized by a tiny wasp - see http://tinyurl.com/o4dgpe for an image of such an aphid.
