This looks like a spitting spider (Scytodes spp.) - see http://tinyurl.com/daea6a for an example. These spiders "spit" a combination of a gum-like material and venom from glands in their dome-like cephalothorax at prey after stalking it within a distance of 10-20mm, pinning it to the substrate and poisoning it at the same time. They are harmless to humans, and unlike most spiders, have only six eyes, arranged in three pairs.

The image is a bit fuzzy; my best guess is that it is a very young spitting spider, possibly the same species as your first image.
