Found this little fellow on my bathroom wall. Can someone tell me if it is something I should worry about

This looks like another spitting spider (Scytodes spp.), but much darker than the other specimen you photographed. These spiders, like many other species, can be quite variable in coloration. See http://tinyurl.com/c9phfh for a very dark spitting spider.
