I was given some seeds for this and don't have a clue as to germination requirements.
Other than plant files says direct sow after last frost.
anyone have any experience w/ these?
I love vines so I'd really like to give them a go.
luffa sponge vine seeds
I grew some a couple of years ago. Don't think I did anything special for them. I started them in pots in my greenhouse, covered about a quarter inch, kept warm. I think they are easy germinators. Our season was too short for them that summer and I pulled them up before they set fruit, but they had quite pretty big white blossoms.
Ok that's what I was thinking I would do too. Just didn't know if I'd need to soak or anything special first.
Thanks
Soaking wouldn't hurt.
Here is some good info on growing them.
