Please help Is this a nest or a blockage in the limb of the pine?
This is a pine ball ? It doesn't appear to be a nest ,but?
This could be an abnormal growth known as 'witches' broom' or 'porcupine nests. caused by a rust fungus. See http://tinyurl.com/c9zhe9 for detailed information.
