CLOSED: Purple butterfly identification

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

This hovers around quickly and is often hard to shoot pictures. On flight, we see lovely purple wings as it flutters them, but when it sits folding wings up, we see just the pale brown. Which is this butterfly? I found a dead specimen and so was able to photograph while the ants were having their bite.

It's a hairstreak or blue of some type.
