I have a low-level infestation of these in my utility room, and I've never seen them before. They can fly, but mainly crawl. Thanks for any help!

This appears to be a brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys; Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae). This is an introduced species hat has become increasingly common in eastern North America.; they often invade buildings to overwinter, but do no damage there.
