Deep plugs, finding them?

Hi,
I seem to recall a mail order company saying they used 8" deep plugs. I did a long search on Google and could only find 6" deep tree trays/plugs. Any thoughts on where I could get 8" plugs without buying hundreds? Or even if they exist?
O, I am hoping to find narrow plugs maybe 2" wide.
