I'm a birder who's branching out into bugs, so I'm basically a newbie. I'm sure this is a common species but I just couldn't find a match anywhere. Photographed in Scituate, MA on a wodded hill. Any ideas?

This is a skipper (Lepidoptera: Hesperiidae), but the image is too indistinct to offer much more. You can view images of many common Massachusetts species of skippers at http://tinyurl.com/d2ke9h
It flew away after just this one pic - too bad.
This is a good place to start my bug travels though; thanks again!
