NALS lily seed sale

I know a lot of you are already familiar with this, but for the newbies, this is a site where you can purchase lily seed donated by the members of the North American Lily Society. Packets (usually 20-25 seeds/packet) are only $1.05 each. You will need to create a user ID and password to access the lists. While many are sold out there is still plenty left. I'm posting this because with a new webmaster and seed chairman this year, there is no direct link from the NALS site as in the past.

And starting seeds is great fun. You never know what you'll come up with. If you are newbie to seed starting NALS has some seed starting information and trumpet or asiatic seed is a great place to begin.

Why no direct link? Do they consider the seed sale to be a different entity?

I started a couple of years ago and have had a lot of fun with it. Hoping to have some bloom this summer for the first time.

I think the sale is done differently because different people are doing it, both the webmaster and seed chairs are different. I personally liked the old way better, as I could easily see what was sold out in the past. Maybe I will get used to the new way....maybe...
