Can fertilizing & anti-fungal be done together on seedlings?

I have been watering my small seedlings with a anti-fungal solution (1 tbsp hydrogen peroxide with 1 quart water). My question is whether or not I can combine my synthetic fertilizer with my anti-fungal solution? Or do you guys/gals like to give the fertilizer applications with just plain water thus skipping a anti-fungal treatment?

I will continue to use this anti-fungal until the seedlings get beyond 3 pairs of true leaves.

I have used fungicide that is used on roses, combined with diluted Miracle-Gro on my seedlings without any harm. I have never used peroxide so can't give advise on that.

I don't know. But your H2O3 solution sounds too weak to help with fungus. Try 1 part H2O3 to 3 parts water. Some people even use 50/50.
