Can anyone shed light on the victim of this spider? The spider abdomen is about 12mm diameter. The victim seems to have some pretty serious mandibles but not anything I am familiar with and I'm not sure I'd like to be on the receiving end of them either. Taken today in the Capricornia region, Queensland. Australia

Thanks to Peter Chew from the Brisbane Insects website and the Australian Ant Image Database it appears the spider has scored itself a Toothless Bullant, (Myrmecia mandibularis)
glad you were able to identify it, it had me guessing,
