You actually forget how old you are, think you know and tell everyone the wrong year. I did that for almost a year! (And I made myself older to dang it haha).

#1 have not done yet (condolences!) but #2 and 3 for sure.
Can't identify the band or singer on any current songs. When told, never heard of them.

Tir - don't even go there..you are still a baby!! (I did the same thing early 50's..was older for a year.)

Now I've got dental wax stuck up against the sharp part of the tooth. That stuff is wonderful! Now got to find time to go to dentist (that is ok - they are supposed to call to let me know when the permanent crown is in that I had made two weeks ago!!) MONEY just flies when you are having 'fun'

You also know you are old when you reach up to stretch and under your arms looks like bat wings waving in the breeze!

I just said that to my husband the other day..on one of the awards shows..... "I don't know who these groups/singers are" And we really do have most of the latest in our collection.... it's just these past few months ..I think more are coming out of the woodwork at faster rates than typical. BUT HOW ARE THEY ALL GETTING TO BE PRIME TIME SO QUICKLY?

I saw Lady Ga Ga on American Idol and I loved her. Reminds me of Adele and Amy Winehouse.

missingrosie ;) ah yes, but if I am this scattered now I fear for my elderly years! I mean missing the whole year I was 27 HA said I was 28! Well now I'm embarking on 30 this month so let me have my pity party teehee.

I only saw her sing once on TV - but I liked it a lot.
I could do without the lights, makeup, etc. etc. but I do like her voice and style.
