Mount Laurel, NJ(Zone 7a)

I'm not going to be able to make it :( please post about it. Have a fun time :)

Onewish, I have that penstemon for you too. Maybe if you go to a MidAtlantic swap again next year, I'll be able to get it to you. It's a perennial and should be fine. Although, our Pikes Peak perennial penstemon didn't come back this season...not sure why. I am planning on going Sept. 12th to Atlock; if you go, I can bring it then -- JLMK.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

maybe we can meet up somewhere.. too bad though... and I will try and remember to take photos this time.. unlike last year.. if not at atlock

all the poppies & foxgloves are potted up... if there are any takers... Jen if you decide to come I potted up the red coleus and replacement impatiens

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Enjoy!! I was kind of planning on coming, but my DIL in Annapolis wants us to come down there for the day. She wants help gardening. They just moved into this 'cozy cottage,' so what could be better than gardening and spending time with 2 granddaughters. Sorry, they win out. I'll be thinking of you. I really enjoyed it last Sept.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Sounds like fun Jan, Enjoy!
I was thinking the same thing about the shoes, Allison.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

What time are you planning on being there, Allison?

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Jan you will be missed... but there will be other days to hang... between 9 and 9:30 Jen... Michele wanted to go to the first Lecture... we are packing a lunch and staying the day... any word from Weese??

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

how cool... you want anything??

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Had a wonderful time at Well Sweep today, I def want to go back and sit thru some more lectures. I was good and only bought 3 things but only 1 was for me.
I bought a sensitive plant and pot for my son's teacher as a thank you for a great year.
And I bought a no bake strawberry cheesecake mix from their gift shop. Looks yummy, I'll let you know how it comes out.
Of course being there I now have more plants added to my wish list.
Great place if anyone gets a chance to go.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Good to hear you guys had a good time. Pics??

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Looks like the weather was perfect!!! It really is a lovely place! Glad you enjoyed it. The pics with your hand holding the tags - is that what you got? Everything looks great!

I helped the 4 yr. old plant some seeds in her garden. Daddy made 2 little beds. Some lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and pumpkins. Also some tomatoes. They just moved into a "cosy cottage" outside of Annapolis. It is a rental and is quite charming. However, there are signs that Bambi likes the yard. LOL. I also cleared out a lot of weedy vines around the house and trimmed back some things so they don't have to scratch the cars. There is still much to do, but we got them started. It had sat empty for awhile. The landlord is happy to have people in and lives next door, so I'm sure will help them out. DIL has a great eye for design, so has the inside arranged well. There is a playroom upstairs that is perfect for the girls and a little room off the kitchen for an office/craft room for them.

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Sounds nice, I love the cottage look.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

sounds nice Jan... all the tags with my hand but the one in the beginning.. (which i didn't take a photo because David yelled at me for peeking at his flowers before the lecture)

LOL

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

I have to tell you guys that when we got home Jack thanked me for such a wonderful day. He loves going to Well Sweep. I went to the second nursery and left without getting out of the car. I think I had a sudden nightmare of having to plant more stuff. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. No more planting until September!!!

central, NJ(Zone 6b)

Wow, you didn't even get your free plant?

Jersey Shore, NJ(Zone 7a)

Nope..............

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

wow... after I was planting all day I couldn't imagine it

:)

central, NJ(Zone 6b)
