I need a couple of pie recipes and some kind of slaw that I can make here and take to a pot-luck in the next state. These would have to ride in a cooler for 6 hours and wait overnight in the cooler or a fridge until noon the next day (or the next, if you know of a slaw or pies that "hold" for that long).
