The neighborhood bullies. There are four of them, one was out of picture. They take great delight in scattering the feeding doves every morning. My cockatiel Peaches hates them. She sounds her alarm any time she sees them around. :)

I so enjoy looking at everyones photos. I agree that the purple finches are really pretty this year.

I wish I could take better pictures and add photos more. I will add this of a pair of mute swans that were feeding out front of the house yesterday morning.

Another beautiful start with the new thread! Thanks everyone. Yesterday I had this one single goldfinch visited the feeder briefly. So I didn't get another chance for a better pix.

Great photos in the last thread and this one too.

The Crows are still making their nests in the pine trees below our house and it's so windy, I don't know why they're building them so high up in the trees. Guess they just want me to worry about them.

This Peregrin Falcon was on patrol for food. At least I think it's a Peregrine.

The banded pigeons just arrived yesterday. About a dozen of them and they will stay till June sometime. There goes my birdseed budget!

It is snowing! again here. (April Fool). The birds are feeding like it is going to get worse, too. Here is a Spotted Towhee on the ground under my feeder. They are full time residents here.
