Does anyone know what this fungus is growing in my "cow pot" along with the germinated seed? Harmful?

I would scrap it all off usign a spoon and throw it awya and cut back on the water. Too hard to tell exactly which one it is, but they develop from water and the spores travel by water too.

I would also water with hydrogen peroxide for a little bit.

there are directions on this site... but it's for 35% food grade peroxide

For drug store H2O2 just use it straight up. It's weak enough to use on it's own.
