Okay, now the announcment that you have all been waiting for.....

WELL< the hairdressers have announced they could not decide ONE WINNER BUT SAID IT WAS A TIE!! That's right, you read it, a tie!! There are TWO GRAND prize winners...imagine that!!! Isn;t that GRAND!!!!
