I have tomatoes sown in flats. The seedlings are two weeks old. What is the best way to water them? 1. use the spray bottle? 2. water from underneath? 3. someway else?
Best way to water
I generally spray until there are a set of true leaves then underwater.
Always water from underneath.
Put a bit of water on the top while standing the container in 1" of water. It will then syphon water up from the bottom. This way it will take up as much water as needed, without dry spots. When the container feel heavy, it is done. It is best to keep the foliage dry to prevent disease.
