LOL...........thanks everyone. She is so precious. I have to tell you a funny though. After she planted the seeds and we covered them with Saran Wrap and put the whole thing by the window she got this puckered up and disappointed look on her face. I asked her what was wrong. Well, she wanted to know where the flowers were? LOL..........I told her it takes a long time for them to grow. You don't get flowers "instantly". That seemed such a foreign concept to her. I guess kids are used to instand gratification. ha ha ha They are up out of the dirt now and we need to thin them out. It will be fun to watch them grow. I'm hoping by Memorial weekend when we plant the veggie garden she'll be able to help plant the bean seeds. They're nice and big and easy to handle. Last year she planted pumpkin seeds and got such a kick out of growing her own little pumpkins. We'll do that again this year too.
It is so much fun having a kiddo around again. :)
