Ficus benjamiana propagation

Anyone ever propagated ficus from cuttings? I need to give mine a haircut and thought I might try to root some if possible. Are these hard to root?

They root quite easily. I usually put the cuttings in a peat & sand mix.

They will root in a glass of water, under lights.
